She married George (Gough/Goff) Peacock in 1860 in Limerick; he came to WA on the Palmerston (1861); they had 4 children: Johanna, Thomas James, William Gough, and Elizabeth, all born in WA. Peacock died in 1867.

Her second husband James Teapler (married 1868) was an enrolled pensioner guard who came to WA on the Hougoumont (1868). He had been born in Tullamore, Ireland, and became a teacher for many years in Fremantle.They had no children together.
Death
She died at the Perth pensioner barracks in May 1889. James Teapler died on 23/4/1907 in Perth.
