She married expiree William Usher Pass on 10/11/1853 in Perth. They had 7 children: Arthur William, Emily Jane, Walter, Henry, Lydia Agnes, John and Mary Ann.

She worked as a nurse or matron at Fremantle Lunatic Asylum. Her husband William left the colony for Victoria in January 1869, and died there in 1889. he had been a butcher in Guildford (1867-68).
Death
She died on 20/5/1918 at about age 81 in Beaconsfield, and was buried in Fremantle cemetery. There was a notice the following day in the West Australian.
