She married expiree Charles Pye in 1853 in Toodyay (RC ceremony, 22/1/1855). They had 9 children: Mary Anne, Elizabeth, William, Marianne, Ellen, Honora, Louisa Elizabeth, John and Alice.

Charles Pye was a mason and farmer in Toodyay, a farmer, storekeeper and butcher in Northampton (from 1860), then moved to South Australia with the family in 1866.
Death
She died in Canterbury, NZ, on 29/5/1888, and was buried in Linwood cemetery. Her husband had died the previous year in Dunedin, New Zealand.
